I built Screen Break because ordinary break timers are too easy for me to ignore. This one tries to be gentle but firm: it notices when you were away, avoids interrupting meetings or media, and gives you a real full-screen pause when it is time to step away. I would love feedback from Mac users who want healthier screen habits without turning their setup into a productivity dashboard.
